7. Right of Withdrawal (Non‑Perishable Items)For non‑perishable goods, the Customer has 14 days from the date of receipt to withdraw from the purchase without justification, under applicable law.

Indicate the order number and items to be returned.
Products must be returned in perfect condition, in the original or equivalent intact packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after the returned products are received and verified.
The refunded amount does not include initial shipping costs.
The legal guarantee of conformity applies under Portuguese and European law, without prejudice to any additional commercial warranties from the manufacturer.
As a general rule, repair or replacement of goods under warranty will be carried out within 30 days, except in cases of special complexity.
