The ES-200 electric salad spinner is a tool specifically designed for professionals who need to spin-dry up to 12kg of salad (10-15 salad heads) and leaf vegetables per cycle. The spinner has two speeds : 350 and 900 rpm. This speed allows to significantly improve the shelf life of the products. The design is compact, simple and ergonomic and the performance is professional with guarantee of safety and hygiene. The stainless steel basket can be removed to transport or empty the contents easily.
