Presenting the innovative DC water tray, meticulously crafted by our R&D team, featuring groundbreaking technical and structural advancements. The primary goal of this update was a substantial reduction in production costs without compromising the opportunity for quality enhancements.

Redesigned from the ground up, this marks the fifth iteration of the DC water tray since its inception in 1989. The revamped production process allows for the swift manufacture of large quantities, distinguishing it from previous methods. This universal logistic tool, designed for floriculture and plant sectors, comes with patented outstanding technical features.

Key advantages of the DC water tray include:

1. Irrigation: The tray's double grooves, divided into three drainage levels, facilitate safe irrigation by preventing direct contact between plants and water, thereby avoiding root asphyxia.
2. Cleanliness: Using water trays prevents water and dirt from dripping onto the shelves below, preserving the blossoming and cleanliness of the plants, particularly beneficial for flowering plants susceptible to damage from overhead watering.
3. Double Drain: Equipped with two drain wells positioned by the shelf handling holes, ensuring efficient drainage.
4. Strength and Durability: Crafted from Polypropylene (PP), a resilient plastic material resistant to atmospheric agents, chemicals, solvents, and mechanical stresses. The reinforced bottom part and raised circular edge enhance the tray's durability and support on shelves.
5. Design: The trays add aesthetic value to DC Unistandard trolleys, enhancing the essential look of the tools. The combination of colors and functionality brings a touch of design to the display, boosting the sale of plants.
6. Eco-Friendly: DC trays are made from 100% recyclable plastic, aligning with eco-friendly practices.

These trays are available in dimensions L 1265 W 555 H 45 mm, packaged in boxes of 12 items only, with a weight of Kg. 27.28 and volume m3 0.14.

Enhance the functionality with the Water Valve, suitable for water drainage on all PP water trays, featuring an open/close cap and rubber seal, and a drainage diameter of Ø 20 mm.

For proper plant care, complement the trays with Capillary Mats, made from non-woven geotextile needle-punched layers heat-set in multicolored polypropylene (300 gr/m²), offering excellent drainage capabilities for absorbing and retaining liquid over an extended period.
